Sizing Exchange

Given that our products are crafted on a made-to-order basis, we cannot accommodate general returns or returns related to sizing. We kindly urge you to closely examine the provided sizing measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

Cancellations

All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has entered the production phase and departed from our facilities, cancellations will not be accommodated. We uphold a strict policy in this regard.

Subsequently, upon receiving your order, a 7-day window is provided to address any potential quality issues.

Changing your Shipping Address 

To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your order, we require any changes to the shipping address to be requested and updated before the item enters the production and shipping phase. Once an order has reached this stage, we cannot accommodate changes to the shipping address.

Failure to take action to update the shipping address before the production and shipping phase commences means that the item will be shipped to the originally provided address. We are not liable for any items lost in transit due to failure to update the shipping address in a timely manner.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date during order placement to avoid any issues during delivery.

Damaged / Quality Issues

Refunds will be provided only for products with manufacturing defects.

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the print's quality issue or the item's damaged area within 7 days of purchase at blunderwearco@gmail.com

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error displayed. Please note that returns of unclear images may not be accepted.

Ensure to thoroughly review the item descriptions and refer to the sizing guide before purchasing. We want to inform you upfront that we do not accept returns. If you have any questions, please contact us at blunderwearco@gmail.com. We emphasize the importance of being absolutely certain about measurements and processes before placing your order. Also, please know that sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Will I have to pay additional taxes on my order if I’m outside the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country; we cannot calculate them in advance. Please get in touch with your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies. If such a fee is imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
